Code of Conduct and Workplace Investigations 5 day workshop
Conducting Code of Conduct, workplace and other internal investigations is a task that many workplaces place upon their management and human resources staff. Due to the complexities surrounding these types of investigations it is essential that those conducting investigations that may amount of breaches of discipline, misconduct or potential corrupt conduct have a clear understanding of the investigative process.
This course will give delegates an understanding of the workplace investigation process and practical investigation techniques. This course is ideal for new and experienced internal investigators, managers, HR personnel and other government or private sector individuals who are required to conduct investigations into Code of Conduct breaches, misconduct, or potentially corrupt conduct in the workplace.
The workshop is run in small groups comprising theory and group work. The fundamentals of disciplinary investigations are combined with practical exercises related to a simulated code of conduct investigation.
