Delivery and Dispatch Policy
After enrolling online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your login details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Once you have been provided your login details all training and assessment materials will be available on your KPS training member portal.
Hard copy product orders
For orders requesting hard copy training materials and for certificates issued for completed studies, all efforts will be made to ship your product to your desired destination across Australia generally within 5 to 10 working days of payment and printing.
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt of payment, and an official tax invoice can be emailed to you upon request.
Any unforeseen delays over the period of your order will be advised of.
KPS will endeavour to make every effort to deliver all orders in completion as promptly as possible.
If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order you will be notified within 3 working days.
Once shipped orders will take 2 – 6 working days via road courier as a guide.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 10 days we will endeavour to contact you.

Orders for hard copy training materials will be delivered within Australia subject to Australia Post fees per order. Costs will be advised prior to shipping for client approval.
