The PSP51712 Diploma of Government (Investigation) is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to coordinate and conduct investigations, with a focus on investigations in Federal, State and Local Government organisations. According to the Australian government Investigations Standards (AGIS) 2011 this qualification is the minimum level of training or qualification recommended for persons engaged in the coordination and supervision of Government investigations.
Successful completion of the Diploma of Government (Investigation) may lead to a range of career prospects including:

There are no prerequisite units required for this qualification however candidates should possess previous supervisory experience or senior level employment in an investigative area of the public sector.

This program is currently only available via RPL.
Participants with previous investigative experience may apply for a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment. This alternate assessment method may reduce the amount of time required to complete this qualification and may reduce the cost. Refer to RPL for more information.

Each qualification or training course offered by KPS has a specific maximum course fee that will be charged to the student.
